Having an educational background in Psychology, I've always been intrigued by the complexities of human behavior. This fascination, combined with my teaching experiences inspired me to craft designs that are empathetic and user-centric, ensuring they're accessible and welcoming to all users.

I begin by immersing myself in understanding the user's needs and challenges through diverse research methods such as interviews and surveys. Drawing on psychological insights and my global perspectives, I conduct empathy-driven analysis to pinpoint crucial areas for enhancement, aiming to make designs more intuitive and inclusive.

My process involves thorough user research, detailed planning of information architecture, and iterating on designs through feedback and usability testing. I also enjoy listening to design podcasts, which offer diverse perspectives and ideas. Additionally, I attend webinars, read industry articles, and immerse myself in design books to ensure I'm always informed and inspired. Besides UX, I engage in local networking events centered around AI and women in tech, broadening my understanding and staying connected with innovative community members. Moreover, I take online courses in UX and AI-related fields to deepen my knowledge and adapt to emerging trends.

In redesigning the navigation for a website, I faced the challenge of creating a more intuitive user experience. The project involved extensive competitive analysis to understand market standards and user expectations. I conducted user research through surveys and interviews to gather valuable insights into user needs and pain points. Using these findings, I created a card sorting and developed a comprehensive site map that guided the redesign process.
